Well fortunately there are ways to fade stretch marks. There are certain substances that can help fade them and most are found in your kitchen.
OLIVE OIL
This is what I used to fade my stretch marks. It's enriched with vitamin E and other essential nutrients which helps in healing and repairing process. The antioxidants in these nutrients softens skin and makes it supple.
- To use it, just apply the oil on the affected skin.
- Do this every night as your nightly routine till you get the desired results.
LEMON JUICE
has bleaching and lightening properties that fades acne scars and stretch marks. The antioxidants aids in fighting free radicals from further damaging the skin cells.
- To use it, apply the juice to the affected area.
- Allow it to dry
- Rinse your face with lukewarm water.
- Remember to do this at night because lemon juice makes skin sensitive to sun.
SUGAR
sugar has glycolic acid that removes dead skin cells from the body. Exfoliating with sugar helps fade dark spots as well as stretch marks.
- To use this, just mix sugar with milk in a ratio of 2:1.
- Mix until well blended
- Apply to affected area
- Leave on skin for 15minutes
- Rinse off with lukewarm water
- Do this once a week until you achieve desired results.
POTATO JUICE
has lightening and astringent properties that aids in fading stretch marks and toning skin.
- To use this, just grate some potatoes
- Extract juice and apply the juice to the affected area
- Leave on skin for 20 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water
- This can be done twice a week until desired results is achieved.
ALOE VERA GEL
This is mostly recommended by dermatologist because of it antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It fades stretch marks and fights free radicals from damaging the skin cells.
- To use this just peel off the skin of the aloe Vera leaf and expose the gel.
- Apply the gel on the affected area
- Let it dry on the skin
- Wash it off with water and apply moisturizer to the skin
- Do this every day until desired results.
