- Never skip moisturizers. For a supple skin always moisturize your dry skin. Use your moisturizers immediately after bathing.

- Avoid taking hot showers and prolong bathing which strips off the bodies natural oil.
- Use mild cleanser like 100% soap free cleansers.
OILY SKIN
People with oily skin normally have large pore, blackheads and acnes. The skin produces so much sebum and clog pores.
Oily skin is normally at it peak during puberty.
Caring for oily skin
- Use oil free moisturizers
- Regular exfoliation reduces the excess oil
- Use mild cleansers or cleansers for oily skin.
- Use skincare products labeled "non comedogenic". Non comedogenic products don't clog pores.
COMBINATION SKIN
People with this type of skin always notice dryness at some parts of the skin and oiliness at some area. The T-zone is mostly oily.
Caring for a combination skin
- Use mild and gentle cleanser to remove dirts and excess oils.
- Use alcohol free toners that are rich in antioxidants to nourish dry skin and also reduce oiliness.
- Exfoliate regularly to reduce excess oil and also to treat dry skin as a result of accumulation of dead skin cells.
- Use sunscreens to protect skin from harmful rays of the sun.
- Always use oil free moisturizers that hydrates skin and at the same time reduce oiliness of the skin.
NORMAL SKIN
Normal skin looks normal! yeah! with less imperfections. There's normally no issue of oiliness or dryness. Normal skin is free from acnes,blackheads, flakiness and breakouts.
Caring for Normal skin
- Use moisturizer thoroughly
- Always use a gentle moisturizer
- Always apply sunscreen before exposing skin to sun
SENSITIVE SKIN
Sensitive skin is prone to redness, rashes and itchiness. Sensitive skin could be caused by allergies so it's very important to find out what's causing the sensitivity to the skin.
Caring for a sensitive skin
- Use paraben free moisturizers
- Always use mild cleansers with 100% soap free
- Watch your diet and see if the sensitivity is caused by something you are taking in.
- Resist the urge to try various cosmetics.
- Always know what you are applying to your skin. If you are not sure about the ingredients in a product don't use it!
- Always put on your sunscreen religiously.
