DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water does so much for the skin and it can not be over emphasized! Water flushes out toxins and hydrates the body from inside out. A hydrated skin always looks plumpy and fresh.
SIP ON SOME ORANGES DAILY
The vitamin C in oranges help fights free radicals and it brightens skin as well. Aside fighting free radicals it also boost collagen production making skin look youthful and glowing.
EXFOLIATE
Exfoliate twice a week to remove dead and dull skin cells. Exfoliation reveals fresh and beautiful skin. You could use sugar scrub (includes sugar, olive oil and honey) to exfoliate.
DO FACIALS MASSAGES EVERYDAY
Massage the facial muscles like 5 to 8 minutes a day with your preferred essential oil. But remember not to over do it. When you over massage you stretch the skin and it gets loosed rather!
TREAT SKIN WITH NATURAL COLLAGEN BOOSTING FACIAL MASK
Use Papaya and honey facial mask on your skin for 20 minutes then wash away with look warm water.
